Return and Refund Policy
At Tiera Luxe Design, we strive to deliver exceptional interior design services tailored to your unique needs. Due to the personalized and customized nature of our work, we have established the following policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds:
1. Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email to contact@tieraluxedesigns.com.
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service or project start date may be eligible for a partial refund of any prepaid fees, less a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the service or project start date are generally non-refundable, as work may have already commenced or materials may have been ordered.
2. Refunds
Refunds for prepaid services (beyond deposits) will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation approval.
Any refunds issued will be made using the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for completed design work or services delivered as agreed.
3. Product Returns
If you purchase any physical products (e.g., furniture, decor) through Tiera Luxe Design, returns are subject to the vendor’s individual return policies. We will assist you in coordinating returns but are not responsible for vendor return approvals.
Custom or special-order items are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Changes and Revisions
Minor revisions to design plans are included as part of the service. Significant changes or additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving design plans promptly to avoid project delays.
5. No-Show and Rescheduling
If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation or meeting without prior notice, the appointment may be forfeited, and rescheduling fees could apply.
